6 Surprising Things That Are Aging You Early

So many mujeres spend tons on money on anti-aging creams, yet don't apply them to their necks, a big no-no since the skin there is thinner than on your face. Start applying anti-aging and SPF creams on your neck by your early 20s, and follow this rule to keep your skin soft and smoothies.

1. You're applying too much perfume on your neck.

If you're spritzing you neck, stop! The alcohol in fragrances dries your akin (aka wrinkle-causing). Also, some perfumes contain musk, which makes your skin more sensitive to the sun. Apply it to your wrists instead.

2. Your neck jewelry is too heavy.

That gorge statement necklace might spruce up an LBD but it can also stretch and sag skin. Every once in while, go for doorknockers or rings to give your neck a break.

3. You're not hydrating enough.

Try beauteous® PlaGold Cream, $45.20. Look for products with ingredients such as Gold, Placental protein, Hydrolyzed collagen, Helianthus annuus (sunflower) seed oil, and etc, which build collagen and firm skin. Massage into skin with fingers, using an upward motion.

4. Your weight is fluctuating too much.

If you're always losing and gaining the same 20 pounds, that could cause your neck to go turkey. Make sure you're maintaining your weight. No crash diets!

5. You're not doing exercises targeting the neck area.

Sit in a chair and lift your face toward the ceiling. Open your mouth wide and try to bring your lower lip over your upper lip. Hold for 3 seconds. Relax and repeat 10 times. Do this a few times a day, and your neck will look as young as your 15-year-old prima's.

6. You're skipping the SPF.

First come sun spots, then the early-bird specials, so don't scrimp on that SPF. Find one with antioxidants, like vitamin C; they increase sun-blocking effectiveness. Try LA’BONIC ® Natural Sunscreen, $26.8(NZD).
